What Exactly Do I Learn?
First Surf Lesson
Starting with an explanation + beach practice:
1. Understanding the equipment, common language & Carrying the surfboard.
2. How to paddle correctly to catch a wave.
3. How to stand on the surfboard correctly.
4. How to move from lying down to standing.
And then we'll go into the water to practice everything!
5. Entering the surf zone with the surfboard.
6. In the water you will catch your first wave and get addicted!
7. You'll get tips after each wave you catch so you can get better.
8. Safe Dismpunt & Wipeout.
And Most Importantly
The Goal is To Enjoy & Have FUN !
