What Exactly Do I Learn?
First SUP Lesson
Starting with an explanation of 15 minute on the beach:
1. Understanding the equipment and common language
2. How to stand on the SUP correctly.
3. How to move from your knees to standing.
4. How to use the paddle correctly - There are 3 rowing types & directions.
And then we'll go into the water for another 60 minutes to practice everything!
5. Safe entrance and grip of the SUP in the water.
6. Paddle a few minutes on your knees to learn the rowing method.
7. You'll Stand on the SUP, rowing, turning & sailing :)
And Most Importantly
The Goal is To Enjoy & Have FUN !
